Take 2 – 4 capsules, 2 times daily with a glass of water 30 minutes before breakfast and lunch or before workouts.
Avoid use after 17h00. Use for 5 consecutive days of the week and stop for two days before continuing again. Use continuously for six weeks. Discontinue for 2 weeks and repeat the cycle. Do not exceed 12 capsules per day. Taking more than the recommended dose will not improve results and may cause adverse reactions. For best results use in combination with a calorie restricted diet and an exerciser program.
