There are many instruments that we can use to help us understand ourselves better. It ranges from quick checklists in popular magazines to sophisticated personality assessments used by professional psychologists.
One proven method to start exploring ourselves is called the WHEEL OF LIFE-BALANCE. If you Google this topic, you will find numerous variations of the “wheel”, but the underlying reasoning for using a wheel as a metaphor for understanding how the individual function, is the same:
- For a wheel to run smoothly, it must be round.
- The bigger the wheel, the more effective in terms of distance covered.
